We want every Princess Eden dress to bring joy - and we know sizing can be tricky when you're shopping online. That's why we keep our policy simple and friendly.

30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In their original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email hello@princesseden.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Exchanges (Free on Sizing)

If the fit isn't right, we'll exchange it free of charge - including return shipping. Email us with your order number and the correct size and we'll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right - replacement or full refund, your choice.
